The location was superb, just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. I found nice staff and they communicated well before arrival. They provided helpful information about directions and check-in. The building is old, it has a classic charm.
The entrance alley to the hotel felt a little dark at night.

i found the staff SUPPORTIVE and friendly. messages arrived via whatsapp and gave clear directions for finding the building and check-in. breakfast was set at a table based on the time i requested. the entrance is in an alley but a light activates as you approach.
the other guests made NOISE at night.

The staff was ATTENTIVE. They provided many details to ensure i did not get lost. they explained everything the hotel had to offer. i felt very well taken care of .

the room included all necessary amenities, including a mini-fridge. it felt quiet and COMFORTABLE. i had no issue relaxing after long days. i slept well and felt refreshed each morning.

Charming Venetian Gem!

We had a good sized room. It had everything our family needed for an overnight stay. The location was excellent. I could store my luggage before and after check-in. It was a huge bonus!
The entrance hallway to the hotel was quite dark. There were some old items lying around. I noted an old mattress. It was only a slight negative.

The location of the hotel is spot on. There were lots of windows to open. Air drying was easy as it rained when we arrived, so helpful.
